Chaos!

Well, I did say it, didn't I! If there is more than 5 cm of snow the country stops working and everything is chaos! It is great!

Just look at the picture from outside our local pub! Apparently the car slid down the drive of the house further up the hill, then continues across a field before falling off the stone wall and ending up next to the pub! Thankfully nobody was hurt!

We have had a wonderful time sledging and cycling in the snow. Everyone except for John who unfortunately hurt his ankle badly during the sledging morning and can't walk now! William and Lily absolutely loves it of course! Can you spot Lily running around on the sledging hill?

We are set for a white Christmas here since it isn't going to get much warmer
until Boxing Day!

Some snow here too!

With all the nice winter wonderland pictures on my mum's and sister's blogs I'll have to show do also have snow, although very little of it compared to you!

For a while now, Lily has been trying to create snow indoors by ripping up any paper, plastic, or for extra special effect, polystyrene into little white pieces which she spreads evenly on the floor. Very annoying as the pieces are just that little to big to be vacuumed easily and just a little bit too small to easily be picked up by hand....

Ah, just seen the odd large snowflake drift past the office window! Hopefully it will be more than 5 centimeters deep when we wake up because then no one has to go to school or go to work as the country almost stops completely with the slightest bit of snowfall!!

Lots of names!

I heard that my sister's little arrival now has a name. I'm sure he had plenty before the proper one was decided. Our newish arrival Lily has so many names I'm sure it completely confuses her most of the time. But that is what they say isn't it! Kart barn har manga namn! (Try and understand that with out the "proper" letters!)

So here are the names we regularly call Lily by: Lily, Woofty Doofty, Doggy Doo, Doggy Don't, Lily Doggiee, Lilster, Lills. I'm sure there are some more that I've forgotten now.

It was very frosty this morning and absolutely beautiful so here is a photo. The last photo is for Anneli as I can imagine she doesn't get the chance at this point in time to see enough of her cows so here is an English relative. Maybe you could even tell me what breed it might be??
